Nowadays, we live in the World 4.0 where the world is driven by technology. People could easily communicate via online platform and access a lot of information. 

Certainly, there are some information that leading us to misunderstanding . So,  ATCSW has conducted the first pilot project “Public Communication Skills for Social Service Workers”  during 28 – 30 June 2021 to provide techniques and knowledge about communication skills for those who works relevent in this field.
